Join Long Grove Dental Studio, a patient-focused practice led by Dr. Nichole, an experienced dentist with more than 20 years in the field. We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Associate to join our team in Long Grove, IL.
Our practice is committed to delivering exceptional, personalized dental care while creating a warm and welcoming environment for every patient. We believe that building lasting relationships is just as important as providing outstanding clinical care.

Schedule:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday: 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Wednesday: 9:00AM - 3:00PM
Thursday: 10:00AM - 7:00PM
Friday: 8:00AM - 2:00PM
Saturday 8:00AM - 3:00PM (1x/month, no Saturdays during the summer)
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of front office experience in a dental or medical practice required.
Eaglesoft experience preferred.
Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process with professionalism and efficiency.
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments to optimize the daily schedule and patient flow.
Communicate with patients by phone, text, and email regarding appointments and treatment needs.
Verify insurance eligibility and benefits while maintaining accurate patient records.
Collect patient information, update charts, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork while creating a positive patient experience.

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
