Front Office Clerk/Receptionist

We are currently seeking an organized, dynamic, fast learning individual to handle our reception duties.

Requirements :

*1 year paid experience as a Front Office Medical Assistant preferred but not mandatory

*Word, Excel , Power Point proficiency is a MUST

*Bilingual Spanish

*Knowledge of Physical Therapy is a plus
Qualifications (not limited to) :

*Greet patients

*Check in and out patients

*Collect co-payments

*Verify Insurance

*Schedule appointments

*Authorizations

*Follow ups

*Obtain patient information

*Maintain a clean and professional environment

*Assist in preparing treatment table and setting up patients
