Front Office Clerk/Receptionist

General Dentistry Office in Fresno looking for a friendly, organized and dependable front office. Candidate should have great communication skills, exceptional customer service & computer skills. Position requires experience of 1-3 years, knowledge of dental terminology, treatment presentations, ADA Codes, scheduling. Must be able to attend phone calls in a professional manner, schedule and confirm appointments, enter data into the office software, present and explain treatment plan to patients, maintaining recall system, in office collections, insurance benefits verification/ checking eligibility, collect payments.
● Great phone skills and customer service.
● Ability to Coordinate Treatment and collect payments.
● Knowledge of Dental Insurance and benefits.
● Great people skills to build relationships with patients.
● Ability to multitask, organized & detail oriented.
● Compensation will be discussed upon interview.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
