JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Front Desk Administrative Assistant / Treatment & Insurance Coordinator to work closely with our team and patients. The ideal candidate is a friendly, organized, and customer-focused professional who enjoys creating a positive patient experience while helping ensure the smooth operation of our practice.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing incoming and outgoing communications, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily front office operations. This role also assists with treatment and insurance coordination by helping patients understand recommended treatment plans, verifying insurance benefits, discussing financial arrangements, and answering questions regarding coverage and care.

Additional responsibilities may include maintaining patient records, managing documents and correspondence, and providing exceptional service and communication to support both our patients and team members.

PAY:
$16-$20 Depending on experience
