Total Performance Chiropractic and Sports Medicine
Position: Front office coordinator/medical receptionist
Salary: Amount based on relevant experience
Benefits: Accrued paid time off and sick time. Free access to the use of our gym.

Position Description/Summary:
This position is primarily available for our Grants Pass location. The individual will perform a variety of support functions for our clinics, which include greeting patients’, scheduling, completing registration, telephone management, obtaining prior authorizations from insurance companies, data entry, scanning/faxing/communicating with other medical offices, and other miscellaneous organizational/cleaning tasks. There will be collaborative interaction with our providers, therapists, management, and patients.
Qualifications:
One year previous experience in similar role
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Attention to detail and proper data entry
Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance benefits recommended but not required
Professional demeanor and personality
