Schedule for the Front Office Associate
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday & Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM - 12:00 PM (once per month)
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of dental experience required; orthodontic experience preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn and take direction
Friendly, welcoming, and positive personality
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Responsibilities
Welcome and greet patients in a friendly and professional manner
Answer incoming calls and schedule patient appointments
Check patients in and out
Collect and process patient payments
Communicate effectively with patients and team members
Maintain an organized and positive front office environment
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
