Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist

Dental Care of Lombard is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic team member with a positive attitude and a friendly smile who will deliver an exceptional level of service to our patients. This position requires a self-starter who is able to problem solve, multi-task and be solution driven throughout the day. At least 1 year of dental office experience is preferred.

The ideal candidate will be expected to perform the following:
Have a background in dentistry, understanding dental terminology
Ability to clearly explain dental insurance benefits, estimated patient financial responsibilities, and treatment plans in a professional, confident, and easy-to-understand manner
Able to quickly build rapport with patients and ensure a positive experience
Have a developed skillset for phone mannerisms and etiquette
Be point person for multiple tasks and projects
Maintain our practice schedule with the ability to fill cancellations
Assist the team with duties/tasks with enthusiasm and a high level of follow-through
Be an ambassador for and a promoter of our practice
Openly participate in team meetings and contribute on a high level
Be ambitious, creative and enjoy a challenge
Be on time and reliable
