Dr. Shari Carroll Pediatric Dentistry is a privately owned pediatric dental practice located just steps from the beach in beautiful South Redondo Beach. Our modern office was thoughtfully designed to create a fun, welcoming experience for children while providing a bright, enjoyable workplace for our team.

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Coordinator to become the first smile our patients see each day. If you enjoy working with children and families and take pride in providing exceptional customer service, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities
Welcome patients and families with a warm and professional attitude
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule and confirm appointments
Help keep the doctor’s schedule organized and running efficiently
Verify insurance information and assist with patient paperwork
Collect payments and maintain accurate patient records
Communicate with parents regarding appointments and treatment
Work closely with the clinical team to provide an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
Friendly, professional, and confident communicating with parents and children
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
Detail-oriented and dependable
Comfortable learning and using dental practice software
Medical or dental office experience preferred
Experience with Open Dental or similar dental practice management software is a plus
Dental insurance verification experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior medical or dental office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train an exceptional candidate with outstanding communication skills, professionalism, and a strong desire to learn.
