Job Description
We are a private general dental office. We are seeking a really warm, friendly, positive and caring person to keep our schedules full and grow with our practice. This position is a full-time position, 5 days a week with half day on Fridays. Previous dental experience is a MUST and fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
The ideal candidate needs to be experienced in the following areas:
* Must have front office or customer service experience.
* Provide exceptional patient care/customer service.
* Ability to manage multiple phone lines.
* Have good organizational skills.
* Detail oriented.
* Maintain productivity in a high volume multi tasked environment.
* Inputting data.
* Verifying insurance benefits.
* Knowledge in Dentrix is a plus.
* Knowledge in scheduling and recare system.
* Spanish speaking is a plus.
