This position is Monday - Friday. NO WEEKENDS!!
Access Dental, Dentures & Implants is looking for an Front Office Coordinator to join our Ozark team! Our ideal Front Office Coordinator will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For:
Knowledge of dental insurance benefits and coordination (e.g. insurance verification and coverages, organizing and presenting treatment plans based on insurance coverage)
Building a productive schedule, managing daily schedule, confirming future appointments
Front Office Coordinator Responsibilities:
Work with a team to coordinate day-to-day procedures for patients.
Maintain complete control of all functions in the front office during business hours.
Anticipate patient needs and respond to them in a timely manner.
Follow all company guidelines with regard to service and profit attainment.
Check in/Check out patients
Review treatment plans with patients
Dental insurance verification, predeterminations, claim submisison
Schedule audits
Make sure that operations in the front office run smoothly.
Be well versed in company policies and procedures.
All other duties as assigned
