Victoria Hutta Orthodontics is growing and in order to thrive we are looking to fill some very important shoes! We are looking for a front desk receptionist that is not only experienced in orthodontics and administration but is also someone who is dedicated to the care and happiness of our patients.

Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate person

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest concerns or requests

- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer support or front desk role is preferred

- Knowledge of dental office procedures is a plus

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
