Front Office Dental Receptionist — Full-Time & Part-Time Available

Barsoum Dental is looking for a warm, welcoming, and patient-focused professional to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong dental knowledge with exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities
Greet patients and check them in for appointments
Answer phones and schedule/confirm appointments
Keep accurate notes and update patient charts, health history, and medical clearances
Check in lab cases and confirm all cases are on hand for the next day
Scan paperwork and maintain organized records
Ensure the waiting area, beverage bar, and restrooms are tidy and stocked
Manage lobby music and TV for a welcoming atmosphere
Present accurate treatment plans reflecting insurance benefits
Go above and beyond to make patients feel cared for and remembered
What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience treatment planning general dentistry
Excellent customer service skills
Hospitable, social, and genuinely enjoys making others feel at home
Friendly, attentive, and great at remembering personal details
Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
