Job Description

Front Desk Receptionist — Draper Smiles ($22-25/hr)
This role matters more than most people think.

At Draper Smiles, the front desk isn’t just administrative—it’s the first impression, the emotional tone-setter, and the filter for the kind of experience we’re known for.

We’re not a high-volume, transactional office.

We are intentional. Detailed. Elevated.

Every interaction—before a patient ever sits in a chair—should feel calm, thoughtful, and professional.

That starts with you.

What This Role Actually Is
You are the first voice patients hear and the first face they see.

You control the pace, the energy, and the flow of the day.

This isn’t about “checking patients in.”
It’s about creating a sense of trust, organization, and quiet confidence from the moment someone walks through the door.

You’ll manage phones, scheduling, patient flow, reception organization, and some treatment planning presentation—but more importantly, you’ll manage experience.

Who You Are
You don’t just “work the front.”
You carry yourself with presence.

Reliable to the core — we don’t wonder if you’ll show up or follow through
Composed under pressure — busy doesn’t shake you
Polished and professional — your appearance and demeanor reflect a high-end environment
Naturally warm — not scripted, not forced—people feel comfortable around you
Clear communicator — confident on the phone, articulate in person
Highly organized — you don’t drop details, even when juggling multiple things
Calm but firm — you can hold boundaries without tension or attitude
You don’t get overwhelmed easily—and if things get hectic, you reset quickly and keep moving.

Experience
We value experience—but we value presence, intelligence, and reliability more.

Front desk, dental, medical, or hospitality experience is helpful
Experience in high-end service environments is a strong plus
If you’re sharp, composed, and quick to learn, we’ll train the rest
What Makes This Different
This is not a chaotic front desk.

This is not a “just get through the day” office.

We’re building something intentional—where patients feel it immediately, and the team operates at a higher standard.

If you take pride in how things feel, how they flow, and how people are treated, you’ll fit here.

If you’re just looking for a job to clock in and out of—you won’t.

Compensation
$22-25/hour (based on experience and fit)
If this sounds like you, apply.

We’re selective—but if you’re the right person, this will feel like the right place.
