We are seeking an enthusiastic team member with a passion for serving others and who excels in:
Providing a 5-star service approach to patient care
Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
Building rapport and connection with patients and referring offices
Ability to manage the phone and schedule for optimal productivity
Time management and computer skills
1+ years front desk/insurance verification experience in dentistry (required)
Problem solving, managing multiple tasks with ease and doing what is necessary to get tasks completed
