What You’ll Be Doing:
Being the friendly face that welcomes every patient to our office
Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars with flair
Creating a fun and upbeat environment for patients and families
Handling check-ins, check-outs, and patient records with accuracy
Coordinating with our clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
Helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and excited about their treatment
Celebrating our patients' smile transformations like the rockstar they are
What You Bring to the Table:
Experience in a dental, orthodontic, or customer service setting (a plus, but not required—we can train the right person!)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and willingness to learn our software
A can-do attitude and a passion for helping others
Ability to laugh, connect, and lift others up throughout the day
