Job Description
We’re a busy medical office conveniently located just around the corner from Boca Raton Regional Hospital, and we’re looking for someone to join our front desk team!
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and likes to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be one of the first smiles our patients see—so a warm, welcoming attitude is key!
What you’ll be doing:
Greeting and checking in patients quickly and with care
Scanning insurance cards and paperwork into our EMR system
Making sure patient information is up-to-date and accurate
Collecting co-pays, balances, and deductibles
Scheduling appointments and follow-up tests
Calling patients to confirm upcoming visits
Managing forms and documents for both new and returning patients
