Pediatric Dental Office - Dance Dentistry for Kids
Do you love working with children and creating a warm, welcoming experience for families? Our pediatric dental office is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Receptionist to join our team!
What You’ll Do
Welcome children and parents with a friendly, positive attitude
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist patients with questions
Check patients in and out
Verify insurance and assist with billing and payments
Maintain accurate patient records
Communicate with parents about appointments, treatment, and office policies
Help create a fun, comfortable environment for our young patients
Support the dental team with daily front-office tasks
We’re Looking For
Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
Excellent communication and customer-service skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working with children and families
Ability to multitask in a busy office
Previous dental or medical front-office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person

Pay: 20-25 hour, depending on experience
Location: Hayden, ID
