Responsibilities
Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and maintain patient records.
Handle filing, documentation, and ensure all patient information is organized and up to date.
Assist with coding tasks as needed to ensure accurate billing processes.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to enhance the patient experience.
Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth operations within the office.
Requirements
Previous experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse patient populations.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficient in office management practices and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient information.
