Patient Experience Specialist
Brant Audiology & Tinnitus, Wyoming’s largest Audiology & Hearing Aid clinic, is looking for an A-Team Patient Experience Specialist to assist our doctors in providing excellent patient care. A-Team members are talented superstars who are passionate about contributing to our mission.
Who you will report to...
You will report to our practice manager.
Who you will work with...
You will work primarily with our other Patient Experience Specialists in all our offices. You will also work with our providers (Doctors of Audiology and Hearing Aid Specialists), Audiology Assistants, Student Externs, and Director of Billing.

When and where you will work...
You will work full-time in our Cheyenne Clinic from 7:45 a.m. to 6:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday with a half-hour lunch break. You may also have the opportunity to periodically travel to our other clinics.
What you will love to do...
Provide an amazing first impression of Brant Audiology & Tinnitus to patients calling or coming into our office. You will love making an amazing impression.
Provide excellent customer service as you:
Greet patients when they arrive at our clinic and help them check-in for their appointment.
Collect & maintain insurance, demographic and appointment-related information from patients.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
Manage patient appointments on providers’schedules - scheduling and confirming.
Prepare and verify necessary paperwork for patient appointments.
Collect and post payments to patient accounts.
Help patients complete their check-out after an appointment.
Support our providers with their duties as delegated (and in accordance with applicable
laws and regulations)
Light housekeeping around the office, including taking out trash, restocking supplies, and maintaining general cleanliness in the office.
