Job Description
Position: Orthodontic/ Dental Receptionist - Entry Level – Full Time
The Braces Place and T Station Dental are seeking dedicated individuals to join our practice. The position would be focused on patient scheduling, communication, and daily operational office flow.
Our Mission: The goal of our company is to thoughtfully serve everyone who receives or provides services in our facilities. We are dedicated first to our patients, second to our staff, third to our doctors, and fourth to the community we serve in. We feel that is the proper order of our stewardship accountability.
Requirements:
Bilingual (Portuguese & English or Spanish & English)
Qualifications:
Welcoming Customer service experience
Experience with basic administrative functions (fax, file, email, phone, and schedule)
Comfortable with multitasking in a fast paced environment
Clear and friendly telephone skills
Outgoing, positive, and energetic presence
Responsibilities:
Nurture patient to office relations
Cultivate patient to clinical communication as a team
Greet patients with a warm and friendly smile for check-in and check-out
Coordinate scheduling and appointment confirmation
Accurately verify insurance benefits
Maintain meticulous patient records
Uphold strict compliance to HIPPA
Properly collect patient payments
Responsible for office Cleanliness
Perform other related job duties as assigned
Overall provide best patient care
Experience is not necessary but is a plus! We are willing to train the right candidate
