Job Description
Busy, multi-physician pediatric practice is adding a full-time member to our front office team primarily at our Ballas location. Our office has two locations, one in Creve Coeur and one is South County and all the staff is required to go back and forth between the two locations. Responsibilities include welcoming patients on arrival, verifying patient demographics and insurance coverage, scanning medical documents, collecting patient copays, and other clerical tasks. Scheduled hours are Monday - Friday and a half day Saturday rotation. Requires a professional appearance, a friendly personality, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Epic experience would be great, previous medical office experience or similar customer-service experience preferred.
