Front Office Receptionist

Job Description
Our office is a fast-paced, two doctor practice that sees around 70 patients/day. We strive to make each patient feel known and comfortable. We are family friendly and conservative. The ideal candidate will have dental experience, Eaglesoft experience, able to multi-task, and exude a warm and friendly personality.

Duties will include but not be limited to:
Greeting/checking patients in
Checking patients out
Answering phones
Scheduling appointments
Managing reminder software
Posting payments
Checking insurance benefits/eligibility
The position will require a schedule similar to the following:
Monday - 8-5pm
Tuesday - 8am-5pm
Wednesday 8am-5pm
Thursday 8am-5pm
Every other Friday 7-1pm
