Job Description
A busy, multi-disciplinary medical practice needs a full-time front-office receptionist. The receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Check patients in via the EMR system
Collect patient demographic and insurance information and capture images of insurance cards and driver's licenses.
Collect Co-Pays
Balance end-of-the-day deposits
Perform various administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, and photocopying.
Assist with other office duties as needed
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Experience:
Medical Office Procedures: 2 years (Preferred)
Medical Reception: 2 years (Preferred)
