Front Office Receptionist/Insurance Coordinator/DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!!!

Experienced dental front office professional skilled in patient scheduling, insurance verification, claims processing, and treatment plan coordination. Strong background in managing accounts receivable, resolving claim discrepancies, and delivering excellent patient service in fast-paced dental environments.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and check in patients; manage daily schedule and appointments
Verify PPO and government dental insurance benefits
Submit, track, and follow up on insurance claims
Present treatment plans and explain financial options
Collect co-pays, balances, and manage patient accounts
Handle phone calls, recalls, and appointment confirmations
Maintain accurate patient records in practice management software (e.g., Open Dental)
Coordinate with clinical team for accurate coding and documentation
