Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player and the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. We are looking for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. This role requires multi-tasking abilities and a friendly demeanor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
Check-in patients, organize paperwork and create charts, ensuring efficient office flow.
Verify patient insurance information and ensure accurate demographic data entry.
Schedule appointments and collect payments.
Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming front office environment.
Adhere to all office policies and comply with health care regulations.
Requirements:
1-2 years of prior medical office experience and completion of a Front Desk Medical Assisting program is a plus but not required.
Customer service experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Professional appearance and attitude.
Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
