Front Office Receptionist

Job description:
MUST HAVE PRIOR MEDICAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE applicants without experience will NOT BE CONSIDERED!

Experience in Neurology would be a plus.

This is a Full-time position
Willingness to learn and grow in this position.

Previous medical office experience helpful.

Hourly rate is based on experience.

This is a administrative position.

In this position you will be performing the following:
Answering incoming phone lines
Placing outgoing calls to patient, pharmacies & other medical offices
Call patients for appointment reminder calls daily
Schedule and revise patient appointments as needed
Scanning incoming documents into patient EMR software and routing each to the proper person
Process documents that providers and other staff have completed
Fax documents within our EMR software
Review and complete your EMR triages through the work day
Copy forms as needed
You will also be trained to interact at the patient check in and check out positions.

Previous Medent EMR software not required
Other duties as assigned
This is a 4/provider neurological practice.
