Verbena Family Dentistry is a fast-growing, modern dental practice in Temple, TX, known for exceptional patient care, a warm team environment, and a commitment to high-quality dentistry. We’re looking for a Front Desk Patient Coordinator who brings energy, professionalism, and reliability to our front office.

Position Overview
The Front Desk Patient Coordinator is the first impression of our practice. You will greet patients, schedule appointments, verify insurance, and ensure each patient has a seamless and professional experience.

You’ll work directly with the doctor and office manager to help maintain an efficient, organized, and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
Warmly greet patients and create a welcoming atmosphere
Answer phones, schedule appointments, manage confirmations & recalls
Verify dental insurance and enter patient data accurately
Collect payments and present treatment estimates
Check patients in/out and maintain daily schedule flow
Communicate professionally with patients and team members
Assist with billing questions, forms, and documentation
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
Support office operations as needed to ensure efficiency
