Front Office Receptionist

Pay: $22–$30/hour (based on experience)

No dental or orthodontic experience is required. We are happy to train the right person.

What You'll Do
Welcome every patient with a warm, friendly, and caring attitude
Check patients in and out for appointments
Schedule new patient consultations and existing appointments
Process payments and answer basic financial questions
Answer phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and general questions
Help maintain an organized, efficient front office
Work closely with our clinical team to keep the schedule running smoothly
Create an outstanding experience for every patient and family who visits our office

Schedule
After completing training, the regular schedule will be:
Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Every other Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Two Saturdays per month: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
