Front Office Receptionist/Scheduler

Thank your interested in our position with Hawaii Premier Dermatology. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The Front Office Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our clinic, welcoming patients and visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the front office.

Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors
Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department.

Schedule patient appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.

Verify patient information and insurance coverage accurately.

Collect patient payments
Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

Assist patients with completing necessary forms and paperwork.

Keep the reception area tidy and presentable at all times.

Coordinate with other clinic staff to ensure seamless patient flow.

Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and photocopying.

Healthcare experience is a plus but not required
