We are a brand-new orthodontic practice in Valencia/Santa Clarita, and we're looking for a warm, outgoing, energetic person to join our front office team.

Smile Ambassador
This is much more than a traditional receptionist position. As a Smile Ambassador, you will be one of the main faces of our practice—welcoming families, answering questions, coordinating appointments, and creating an experience that makes patients excited to come back.
You will help:
Welcome patients and families
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Communicate with patients throughout treatment
Explain treatment and financial information
Build genuine relationships with patients and families
Help create a fun, positive environment
Support marketing and community outreach
No Dental Experience Required!
Don't know anything about orthodontics? That's okay!
We provide dedicated training to teach you everything you need to know. We are much more interested in your personality, communication skills, work ethic, and willingness to learn than your previous dental experience.
If you're outgoing, positive, great with people, and ready to be part of something new, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay: $23.00 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
