Job Description
Join our privately owned dental practices in Red Deer and Blackfalds (10 minutes apart), where modern technology and a supportive team environment create an excellent opportunity for growth. We are hiring a Full-Time Associate Dentist to support our expanding practices.
Blackfalds Smiles sees over 100 new patients monthly, and Red Deer Smiles is a new clinic poised for rapid growth. This role offers a unique mix of strong mentorship in a busy practice, along with the autonomy to manage your own patients, perform comprehensive treatment planning, and grow your clinical skills.
An ideal schedule would include 1–2 evenings and alternating Saturdays, though flexibility is available for the right candidate. We welcome both experienced dentists and new graduates.
