Job Summary:
We are looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to start work 07/21/2026 at The Mill Creek Dentist, in Mill Creek. We are a growing practice looking for a full-time position Tue-Fri, 8am-5pm (with a 1 hr lunch break), or a part-time position Tue-Wed, 8am-5pm (with a 1 hr lunch break).
Our clinic is newly-updated, beautiful and spacious. All our technology is modern and up-to-date. Our staff are super friendly and the work environment is relaxed. Duties:
Conduct thorough dental cleanings
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
Take digital dental x-rays and perform other diagnostic tests as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and dental clinic protocols
Experience:
Must be a Registered Dental Hygienist with valid license to practice in Washington.
Required Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with patients
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Multilingual abilities
