Full time Associate Cosmetic/General dentist needed at Cosmetic practice

White Dental Spa is a privately owned cosmetic and general dental practice in Uptown Dallas seeking an experienced Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our growing team.

We are looking for a doctor who takes pride in delivering high-quality dentistry, communicates well with patients, and is interested in building a long-term position within a practice focused on both clinical excellence and the patient experience.

Our practice has a strong emphasis on comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, implants, Invisalign, restorative dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitation. We are fee-for-service and PPO and do not participate with HMO or Medicaid plans.

What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Texas dental license in good standing
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
Strong restorative and general dentistry skills
Excellent communication and treatment-planning abilities
A patient-centered, ethical approach to care
Interest and experience in cosmetic and comprehensive dentistry
Experience with veneers, implants, Invisalign, molar endodontics, surgical extractions, and/or full-mouth rehabilitation is highly valued, although proficiency in every area is not required.

Experience with facial injectables is a plus.
