Compensation:
$150,000+ yearly

Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding dental care in a patient-centered environment.

Collaborate with an experienced and supportive team.

Uphold the C.A.R.E. core values in all patient and team interactions.

Commit to personal, professional, and financial (PPF) growth, setting 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals alongside our dedicated team.

Qualifications:
Has 3+ years of experience in general dentistry.

Is proficient in root canals, extractions, dentures, partials, and surgical extractions.

Is empathetic with an excellent bedside manner and a strong sense of ethics and integrity in diagnosis.

Is a team player, coachable, motivated, and has a positive attitude.

Is trainable and open to mentoring to support and close larger cases through our sister full-arch implant business. Associates earn production incentives for same-day impressions and diagnosing high-value cases.

Is committed to personal, professional, and financial (PPF) growth, setting 1-, 3-, and 5-year goals alongside our dedicated team.

Spanish bilingual is a plus, but not required. All our team is bilingual.
