We are seeking a motivated full-time associate dentist to join our established, thriving practices in southern Minnesota.
Our current associate is relocating to be closer to family, creating an excellent opportunity for a dentist to step directly into a busy, established full-time schedule with strong production and a steady flow of new patients.

The Position
Our incoming associate will take over an established patient schedule rather than having to build one from scratch.

Our associate agreement is designed to support that independence, including no deductions for dental laboratory expenses and the ability to choose your own preferred labs. We believe doctors should have flexibility in selecting the materials and laboratory partners that best support their clinical standards.
