Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate Dentist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dental care to our patients and work collaboratively with our team to deliver high-quality services. This is an ideal opportunity for a doctor who wants to stay busy, do comprehensive dentistry, earn strong income, and work with a team that genuinely supports them.
We are a growing, multi-location private practice with 3 offices serving the Nashville area. New associates will initially rotate between our Smyrna and Lenox Village offices for training and support, with a long-term home base in Smyrna.

Comprehensive dentistry - including but not limited to: extractions, root canals, implants, Invisalign, smile designs. We'll pay for you to learn through CE/on the job.

Duties
- Conduct patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Perform various dental procedures including root canal therapy, oral surgery, and bread and butter dentistry.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using open dental software.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Collaborate with other dental professionals in the clinic to ensure comprehensive patient care
Requirements:
Current Tennessee dental license.
DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school.
General & Restorative Dentistry skills.
Dedication to providing excellent patient care.
Collaborative team member with strong communication abilities.
Skills
- Proficiency in patient assessment and treatment planning
- Familiarity with various dental procedures including root canal therapy, oral surgery, and restorative treatment modalities.
- Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality practices
