Job Description
Generations Dental is seeking a Full-time Associate DENTIST! 2 chairs with 2 assistants, 2 hygiene columns! Possible RELOCATION BONUS for the right candidate. Our current associate is leaving due to family reasons.
We are a Locally Owned, family practice in Grande Prairie, Alberta with 35+ years serving the community and surrounding area. Our dental family has the most amazing long term staff and multi-generational patient base. The associate dentist will be starting with a full patient base, working out of 2-3 dental chairs with 2 hygiene columns, 5 days a week.
This job posting could have a start date anytime between now and September.
Compensation is commission based at 40% with a daily minimum billing threshold to demonstrate our commitment.
Clinic Hours:
8am - 4pm Monday through Thursday
8am - 2pm Friday
*No nights or weekends
Responsibilities:
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, root canals, invisalign, dental implants and crown/ bridge work
- Conduct routine dental examinations and provide appropriate treatment plans
- Educate patients on oral health and preventive care practices
- Maintain accurate patient records using dental software system (ClearDent)
- Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient patient work-flow
Requirements:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Active Alberta dental license, and in good standing
- Experience or interest in pediatric dentistry is a plus
