Full time Certified Dental Assistant (CDA)

Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-time Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) Tuesdays to Fridays 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, to join our team in modern downtown Richmond office. Saturday is optional. This role is vital in helping us provide exceptional dental care and ensuring patient comfort. Join us in making a difference in our patients' smile!

Must have excellent chairside manners and patient service.

Must be a team player.

Working knowledge of Cleardent system preferred.

Speaking Chinese is an asset
Orthodontics experience is an asset.

Prefer minimum two years experience as a certified dental assistant.

Salary is negotiable and depending on experience.

Responsibilities
Assist dentists during various dental procedures with precision and care.

Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments to ensure a safe environment.

Manage patient records and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Educate patients on post-treatment care and answer their questions.

Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless patient experiences.

Qualifications
Certified Dental Assistant (CDA) certification is required.

Proven experience with dental assisting, preferably in a busy practice.

Proficiency in Cleardent
Knowledge of orthodontics preferred
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
