Full time Clinic Receptionist/ Front Desk

Pegasus Integrated Health looking into hiring 1 full time receptionists. We are an interdisciplinary health care clinic that provides chiropractice care, active rehab, massage therapy, clinical counselling, acupuncture, naturpathic medicine and dietitian consulting.

Responsibilities include:

- Greeting and booking clients in person, over the phone and social media platforms

- Handling adminstrative, billing and front desk duties

- Organizing therapy rooms

- Support clinic operations to ensure a smooth client experience

- Refilling supplies
