We are seeking a dedicated and organized Dental Administrator to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service.
**Job Responsibilities:**
- Manage patient scheduling, ensuring optimal use of the dentist’s time and resources.
- Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.
- Handle billing, insurance claims, and payment processing.
- Communicate with patients regarding treatment plans, appointments, and financial options.
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns.
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in dental administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a dental administrative role or similar position.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
