Full Time Dental administrator

We have unique opportunity for a lead dental receptionist to join our team. The position entails helping with multiple aspects of our busy Denture clinic such as seating patients, booking appointments, handling all incoming calls, recalls, dealing with insurance companies, keeping clinic tidy, bank reconciliation, week end and day end deposits. The position is full time Monday thru Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm and Fridays 8am-3pm. Dental reception experience is a definite asset along with knowledge of insurance submissions, day ends, weeks ends, AR and/or or scheduling appointments in our Tracker dental software program. We are seeking a team player with an outstanding work ethic with the ability to multi task who is extremely reliable. Successful candidates will be requested to attend a 3 hour working interview. Our Clinic is located in South Calgary. Candidates with no reception experience need not apply.
