Responsibilities
As our Dental Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both clinical excellence and patient experience. Your day-to-day will include:
Chairside assistance during cosmetic and general procedures
Intraoral scanning for digital impressions
Fabrication of custom nightguards and retainers
Taking digital X-rays using Dexis
Maintaining accurate patient records in Dentrix
Sterilization and operatory setup
Patient education and post-op instructions
Inventory management and supply upkeep
Coordination with lab and front desk teams for seamless care
Qualifications
We’re seeking someone who brings both skill and heart to the role:
Experience in cosmetic and general dentistry (minimum 5 years preferred)
Proficiency in scanning and fabricating nightguards and retainers
Familiarity with Dentrix and Dexis imaging systems
Strong communication and organizational skills
A warm, professional demeanor that puts patients at ease
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to inventory and workflow
