Job Description
We are looking for a Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our patient-centered dental practice! We are a small, boutique-style office that prides itself on providing high-quality care in a warm and welcoming environment. If you enjoy working closely with patients, value teamwork, and take pride in excellent dentistry, we’d love to meet you.
Position: Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)
Location: La Mesa, CA
Schedule: Full-Time - Four 9-hour days
Monday 7:30a-5:30p
Tuesday 6:30a-4:30p
Wednesday 8:30a-6:30p
Thursday 7:30a-5:30p
Compensation & Benefits:
$20-26 per hour (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
Assist the doctor during a variety of dental procedures
Prepare treatment rooms and maintain a clean, organized workspace
Take digital radiographs and intraoral photos
Sterilize instruments and follow infection control protocols
Assist with digital impressions, temporaries, and other clinical procedures
Provide excellent patient care and help patients feel comfortable
Support the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly
Qualifications:
Current California Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license
Current CPR certification
Strong attention to detail and organization
Friendly, positive attitude with great communication skills
Ability to work well as part of a team
Experience with digital dentistry, CEREC, and/or iTero scanning is a plus
