Full Time Dental Assistant
We are looking for an amazing Dental Assistant who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and professional to fill our open position. We are a team of hard-working, like-minded individuals who enjoy being around one another and want to welcome the right person into our family away from family. Our long established private practice is state of the art, up to date and waiting for you to join our great, no drama team!
We take the time to truly get to know our patients, provide thoughtful care, and educate them along the way. Our team is growing quickly, and we’d love for you to join us!
Patient Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:30a-4:30p (Days may vary with new provider but never weekends)
(we would like you to arrive 30 min early for a daily huddle meeting)
Position includes: Competitive Pay, Paid Time Off/ Sick Pay, Holiday Pay, Medical Re-Imbursement, and Dental Benefits (for full time staff)
MUST HAVE: Current RDA Certificate and CPR card, Knowledge with dental software (preferably Eaglesoft and Schick Imaging) Excellent chairside manner and friendly personality, Desire to continue your education to be the best at your position, and a good work ethic. 2+ years chairside experience.
We do provide full PPE for all staff in compliance with the CDC for COVID-19.

Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during procedures by providing chairside support and managing instruments.
Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment, adhering to aseptic techniques.
Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
Monitor vital signs and assist with X-ray imaging as needed.
Ensure a welcoming environment for patients, addressing their concerns and questions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
