Full Time Dental Assistant

Seeking a Dental Assistant to join our team at Cedarwood DentalCare. In this role, you will support our dental professionals in delivering exceptional patient care and assist with various clinical tasks. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring a smooth and efficient operation within our practice.

Responsibilities
Assist dentists during procedures by providing necessary tools and materials.

Prepare and maintain the treatment room, ensuring it is clean and organized.

Take and develop X-rays as needed for patient assessments.

Manage patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a dental assistant preferred.

Proficient in taking X-rays and familiarity with Dentrix software is a plus.

Knowledge of general dentistry practices and procedures.

Strong communication skills to interact effectively with patients and staff.

Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding patient information.
