Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and energetic Full Time Dental Hygienist to join our dynamic dental team! Duties
Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing to remove plaque and tartar buildup
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) with precision and care
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care strategies
Assist in developing personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and dental assessments
Maintain accurate patient records using dental practice management software such as Cleardent.

Support the dental team during procedures by preparing instruments and ensuring sterilization protocols are followed
Provide compassionate care to pediatric, adult, and special needs patients, including those in orthodontic or pediatric settings
Communicate effectively with patients to address questions, explain procedures, and promote a positive experience
Requirements
Valid state licensure as a Dental Hygienist with current certification to practice
Experience working in a busy dental office environment with proficiency in Cleardent
Knowledge of orthodontics, pediatrics, and general dentistry procedures
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patient populations effectively
Strong understanding of medical terminology related to dentistry and oral health
Prior experience in dental assisting or customer service roles is preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor that fosters patient trust
