About Rufe Snow Dental Group
Established fee-for-service general dentistry practice in North Richland Hills, in operation for over 45 years. Single-owner, owner-operated by Dr. Yuri Sirotinski, with a tenured team and a strong recurring patient base built on long-term relationships rather than insurance volume. No DSO. No corporate structure. No production quotas.
We're entering a thoughtful growth phase over the next 3-5 years and looking for a hygienist who wants to grow with us.
The Opportunity
Full-time Registered Dental Hygienist. Ideal for a recent graduate or early-career hygienist who wants real mentorship and a long-term home , but open to experienced hygienists who value private-practice culture and want out of the corporate grind.
What You'd Be Doing
Comprehensive adult and pediatric hygiene care
Periodontal therapy, scaling and root planing
Patient education and treatment plan support
Working in modern operatories with current technology
Building lasting relationships with a stable patient base
What We Offer
$44-$48/hour based on experience and qualifications

Stable patient base with established recall, no production quotas
Opportunity to grow alongside the practice as we scale
Schedule
Tuesday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Thursday: 10 AM – 7 PM
Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Every other Saturday: 9 AM – 4 PM
Three-day weekends on alternating weeks (Sat-Sun-Mon off)
No Mondays, no holidays
What We're Looking For
Texas RDH license (or pending license)
Recent graduate OR experienced hygienist seeking long-term private practice home
Strong communication skills and team-oriented
Committed to growing with a stable, owner-operated practice
Comfortable in a non-corporate, FFS environment
