Full Time Dental Hygienist

Multi location and specialty practice in Montgomery County is seeking for a full time dental hygienist to work in 2 of the Gaithersburg offices. Competitive pay, bonus opportunities, company health plan, 401K and disability plans are offered.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including but not limited to teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing

- Conduct patient assessments and oral health screenings

- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide personalized oral health care instructions

- Take dental x-rays for diagnostic purposes

- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories

- Follow aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety

- Utilize dental software Dentrix for scheduling and charting purposes

- Collaborate with other dental professionals to coordinate patient care

-Must be available to work 1 to 2 Saturdays a month.

This position requires a valid dental hygiene license in the state of Maryland. Candidates must also have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team. Additionally, candidates should be compassionate, professional, and committed to providing high-quality patient care.
