Full-Time Dental Hygienist
Blue Heron Dental Centre – South London, Ontario
Blue Heron Dental Centre is looking for a friendly, motivated, and patient-focused full-time Dental Hygienist to join our growing team.
Located in a convenient area of South London, our family-friendly dental office is proud to have a welcoming environment, long-term staff members, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional patient care. About the Position
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive dental hygiene services while educating patients on maintaining optimal oral health. This position is ideal for a hygienist who enjoys working in a supportive team environment and takes pride in delivering a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
Provide thorough dental hygiene assessments, treatments, and preventive care.
Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques and individualized home-care recommendations.
Review medical and dental histories and update patient records.
Take and review radiographs as directed and in accordance with applicable standards.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Work collaboratively with the dentist and dental team to support comprehensive patient care.
Follow all infection prevention and control protocols and office policies.
Create a welcoming and comfortable experience for patients of all ages.

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
Previous dental office experience is an asset.
Orthodontic experience with clear aligners
