Our multi-doctor practice is looking for an exceptional hygienist to serve as our Hygiene Lead. This role is perfect for someone who loves patient care but is equally energized by coaching teammates, improving systems, and partnering with doctors to elevate the entire hygiene department.

What You'll Do
Lead the Hygiene Team
Foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture.

Mentor and support fellow hygienists through daily routine and regular one-on-ones.

Encourage clinical excellence while supporting each team member's professional growth.

Partner with Doctors & Leadership
Serve as the primary communication bridge between doctors and hygienists.

Join our Leadership Board by attending meetings and shaping practice initiatives.

Provide insight into hygiene operations, patient care, and team development.

Drive Innovation
Help implement and refine our assisted hygiene model.

Improve workflows, efficiency, and the patient experience.

Help identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the practice.

Continue Delivering Exceptional Patient CareWhile this is a leadership role, you'll continue caring for patients and practicing clinical hygiene. We believe our leaders should remain connected to the patients and teammates they serve.
